Hollix Announces Debut Album ‘Violation 1’, Set for April 23 Release

Rwandan rapper Christian Ganza, popularly known as Hollix, has officially announced the release date of his debut album titled Violation 1. The album is scheduled to drop on April 23, 2025. The news was shared through his official social media accounts, though no tracklist has been released yet.
Born in 2003, Hollix has shaped his sound around the New York drill genre—an evolution of drill music that emerged from Brooklyn, following its roots in Chicago’s rap scene.
Before announcing Violation 1, Hollix debuted his sound with an EP titled 2K3, named after the year he was born. He later followed up with singles like 2PAC Muri NJYE and Gasununu—a diss track directed at Rwandan rapper ZeoTrap, following a dispute between the two artists in 2024.
Violation 1 is expected to mark a significant milestone in the young artist’s career, as he transitions into album-length storytelling.
